By purchasing from DABNDRAW, you agree to our shop policies.

We use a drop-shipping company called PRINTFUL to facilitate the ability to sell apparel and various products on demand. For this reason, we advise all customers to purchase a shipping method that includes insurance. Should you have any issues with your order, be sure to contact us first. But before you do, please read these guidelines:

Because our products are made to order, the shipping times and prices vary according to the customer’s preferred delivery speed, how long it takes to print/fulfill, and where the product fulfillment facility is located. Some products are fulfilled in the US, some are fulfilled in Europe. We recommend always choosing a shipping method that includes tracking.

During the checkout process, customers will have the option to choose a variety of different shipping methods to accommodate their preferred delivery times.

Estimated Time Fulfillment & Delivery Times:

Art Stickers/Slaps:

  • North America & Europe: 2-7 days to print/fulfill (then typically takes 10-20 days to reach the customer with no-rush delivery.)

Apparel:

  • North America & Europe: 2-7 days to print/fulfill (then typically takes 10-20 days to reach the customer with no-rush delivery.)

All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in Printful’s system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue. For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as priority. 

Disclaimer: International orders may come with an attached international/customs fee depending on the package dimensions and which country they are being shipped to. Customers are responsible for any international/customs fees incurred.

Fulfillment Facilities:

Slaps/Stickers are printed/fulfilled in Riga, Latvia

Apparel is printed/fulfilled in Charlotte, NC, USA

DABNDRAW does not currently offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

DIGITAL ITEMS: All digital sales are final and are unable to be returned or refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item along with the packing slip for a replacement at no charge!

 

If an order has not arrived, here are some helpful tips: First, make sure to contact your carrier and confirm that your order was in fact delivered. Then, check your shipping address and confirm that it is correct. If the shipping address IS correct, and it appears that your item was lost in transit, contact us with the order number. Because we advise all customers to choose shipping methods that include insurance, all re-shipments for lost-in-transit orders will be at the customer’s expense. 

 

After you purchase a digital product you will receive a link via email to download your goods. To prevent theft, this link expires in 72 hours. If you fail to download in time, please contact us to refresh your link.
